We hired Victoria Drain Services to replace our perimeter drains and to relocate our hot water tank. From the very beginning, we found this company to be very knowledgeable as well as approachable. We requested an estimate of cost which was prepared and presented to us in a timely manner. When we had questions or concerns, our phone calls were returned to us quickly with answers. When the work commenced, we were always kept well informed on the progress and time frames for each part of the job. On the very first day, we arrived home to see one of the crew leaving a note on our front door. He wanted to advise that the 2 bottom steps leading from the deck had to be removed because it was necessary for them to dig under the steps and the deck. As we have a chain link fence in the back yard, the crew thought we may have a dog and they were concerned the dog may get injured because of the missing stairs. This really was touching and showed us that the crew and manager have compassion, are attentive to detail and really care about the work they do. From the commencement to the completion of the job , we have found Dave Lloyd and his crew to be professional, considerate, caring and thoughtful.
